The comissional for women affairs LOLA AKANDE has revealed the condition of mercy aigbe,  when she came to her office to report to her what she is being through.


The commissioner told newsmen in lagos that the actress was coughing blood, from her mouth and through nostrils blood gushing out.

AKANDE SAID
"She was coughing blood from her mouth and nose and she had injury on her face , which the doctor said that she must be operated"

"I was so angry that I needed to see the face of the man that did this to her and so we invited him and he came yesterday to say his own side of the story to the official in charge of domestic violence" she said

SHE CONCLUDED
"but any man that can beat a woman to pulp like that to the extent that she is still coughing blood, one week after the incident need to have his head examined.

The commisional for women affairs  said that she appreciates the courage of mercy aigbe. She urge other women in this state of domestic violence to speak out of their silence .
